Your impact:

As a Consultant Start Up Culture (Brand & Marketing) you will take the branding of our corporate clients to the next level through innovative, effective marketing and communication campaigns as well as events.

• Clients: You will play a key role in raising awareness of our clients' Venture Client Units both within their organization and the global innovation ecosystem.
• Event planning: You will take responsibility for the conception, preparation and implementation of exclusive onsite and online events for well-known corporate clients such as BMW, Bosch and Holcim.
• Marketing strategies: You will develop target group-oriented content strategies for social media and e-mailings, including performance measurement and reporting.
• Optimization: You will optimize brand promotion activities and identify new opportunities based on daily reports and ad hoc analyses.
• Teamwork: You will work closely with our Venture team to tailor branding and marketing campaigns for our global clients based on exciting innovation topics.

Your skillset:

• Relevant professional experience (1-2 years), preferably in B2B account management, event management and/or online marketing
• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Event Management or similar. Strong affinity for online marketing, event management and sophisticated project management
• Excellent analytical skills, a data-oriented mindset and an organized and detail-oriented way of working collaboratively 
• Experience with reporting, presenting and common online marketing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Ads, Hubspot and confident with Excel as well as Powerpoint)
• Excellent German and English (C2 level) in word and writing
